That’s nice you might say .. so what does that have to do with marketing or social media marketing. Perhaps customer service was the beginning of social media. Think about it this way .. before there was social media as we know it today - where people use technology to build relationships with customers online - there were people (still are of course) whose job it was to build relationships with customers with phone calls, in letters* or face-to face.
